Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the healthcare landscape by enhancing the early diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, cancer, and neurodegenerative conditions. With the rise in global chronic disease prevalence, AI-based diagnostic models using imaging, electronic health records (EHRs), and biosensor data have shown significant potential to improve patient outcomes. This paper reviews the current AI techniques used in early diagnosis, evaluates their clinical applications, and presents data-driven visualizations to highlight their impact. The integration of AI promises not only faster and more accurate diagnoses but also cost-effective and personalized care strategies.
